The price of botox is usually calculated by the amount of units required to be injected. If you have a larger masseter muscle, it might cost a little more.
How long does Botox Jaw Reduction last?
Botox jaw reduction usually lasts for 4–6 months. The results are not permanent, and it requires regular sessions to maintain a slim face.
When the Botox loses effect, your jaw muscles will regain their size, and the jaw size will return to pre-injection conditions.
If you come in for consistent treatments, the weakened muscles will be less active, allowing each session to last a little longer.

Dysport vs Botox is commonly asked when it comes to masseter botox. The 3 popular Botulinum Toxin brands (Dysport, Xeomin & Botox) all does the same job with a slight difference in characteristics.
The difference mainly lies on how it spreads. Although all 3 brands are HSA approved, the preferred Botulinum Toxin brands used in the clinic are Botox and Dysport, mainly due to their longer track records.
- Dysport spreads better (More suitable for larger areas – Jaws & more even distribution)
- Botox is better for small corrections (More suitable to target wrinkles)
The price of Dysport is cheaper compared to the other two brands. You will tend to see faster results with Dysport (1 – 2 days) while Botox and Xeomin will take 2 – 3 days.
Do note that there are some clinics in Singapore that uses Non-HSA approved Botulinum Toxin (typically from Korea and China). It is important to check with your aesthetic clinic Singapore the brand for your safety.
Is the Botox Injection Painful?
Individual tolerance for pain differs. Generally Botox injections is a quick prick with a slight sensation lasting a few seconds.
To ensure comfort, topical numbing cream will be applied. After every injection, we will apply an ice pack to ease the area.
