If you are using for muscle toning, it is important to maintain a BMI of under 25. The primary goal of Tesla Former is to focus on your muscles and not fats, therefore the results will be more obvious if you consistently workout.

For mothers who are targeting postpartum treatments, do continue to perform your Kegel exercises at home while undergoing Tesla Former, it will help achieve your final that much sooner.

There are no negative side effects for Tesla Former at all. As this machine is made to stimulate and tone muscles, you may experience slight soreness (especially for individuals who do not exercise regularly).

The soreness in the muscles will be similar to when working out in the gym. As it generates contraction during the treatment, you may experience tiny zap sensation on the targetted area. Rest assured, our experienced Aestheticians will start from low intensity and progressively increase to your comfort zone.
