We would recommend the cold sore be healed before considering lip fillers. If you have experience cold sores in the past, there is no issues for lip fillers.
2. What happens when Lip Fillers wears off?
The absorption rate of hyaluronic acid differs among individuals. Some patients with a higher absorption rate will see fillers last for 4–6 months. When the fillers eventually wear off, your lips will return to the state it was pre-treatment.
There will not be any loose skin in the area as your lips are not stretched a lot.
