Lip Fillers Singapore – Subtle, Natural-Looking Enhancement
Lip Fillers Singapore
Lip fillers have surged in popularity as a minimally invasive solution to enhance lip volume and contour, providing immediate aesthetic improvements.
This detailed guide covers all you need to know about lip fillers, from the types available to the procedure itself, potential risks, aftercare, and frequently asked questions.
Currently, the most popular fillers are products with hyaluronic acid-like compounds.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural chemical found in the body. It is an effective ingredient to help boost your lip volume.
Having a perfect pair of lips is undeniably attractive and can enhance your facial features.
What are Lip Fillers?
Lip fillers are dermal fillers injections that enhance lip shape, volume, and definition.
The injections are generally composed of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural chemical produced in our body.
Typically, lip fillers last from 4 months to 1 year and can be easily dissolvable if results do not meet expectations.
Depending on the desired type of look, the lips can be augmented to a full pout or a more structured, balanced, ‘natural’ form.
Unlike permanent implants, modern lip fillers are non-surgical, reversible, and offer subtle enhancement with minimal downtime.
What are the different types Lip Fillers?
Lip fillers with hyaluronic acids are temporary and usually last 4–12 months.
There is another semi permanent option (Polycaprolactone fillers) that can last 1–2 years.
There are 3 different lip fillers option in Singapore:
- Hyaluronic Acid Fillers: Brands like Juvederm, Restylane, and Belotero are popular choices. These fillers are favored for their natural feel and the ability to dissolve easily with an enzyme if needed.
- Collagen Fillers: Once popular, these are less commonly used today due to the more reliable and safer options available with HA fillers.
- Semi Permanent Fillers: These are less favored due to the higher risk of complications and difficulty in removal.
