This page is educational and does not replace a personalised medical consultation. Individual ageing patterns and results will always vary. Some treatments listed here are prescription-only and will only be recommended after a doctor’s assessment.
Wrinkles, fine lines and skin laxity show up differently at every age. In your 30s, it may be faint forehead wrinkles when you concentrate.
By your 40s and 50s, frown lines, crow’s feet, laugh lines and neck wrinkles can make you look more tired or stern than you feel.
At Bio Aesthetic Laser Clinic, wrinkle removal is a doctor-led, non-surgical programme combining injectables, anti-ageing lasers and collagen treatments to keep you natural, not frozen.

Who is suitable – and who should wait
Most patients with forehead wrinkles, frown lines, crow’s feet, smile lines, under eye wrinkles or neck wrinkles can benefit from some form of non-surgical wrinkle treatment.
Suitability is always confirmed in-person by a doctor.
Generally suitable: adults with stable health, realistic expectations, and specific wrinkle concerns they want to improve.
We may postpone or modify treatment if: you have an active infection, cold sore, open wound or dermatitis in the area.
Injectables are usually deferred if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We will time certain lasers/peels carefully if: you have had recent isotretinoin, significant sun exposure or recent chemical peels.
We will discuss surgical referral if: laxity is severe and non-surgical treatments cannot meet your goals alone.
Side effects & safety – what most people don’t ask
Every medical aesthetic treatment comes with potential side effects. In wrinkle removal, the most important safety points are:
Botulinum toxin: tiny bruises, mild headache, temporary eyebrow heaviness if aftercare is not followed. Effects wear off naturally over months.
Dermal fillers: swelling and bruising are common; serious complications like vessel blockage are rare and managed by trained injectors with dissolving agents.
Fractional CO₂: 5–7 days of redness, peeling and sun sensitivity; strict aftercare is essential.
Secret RF microneedling: 1–3 days of redness, mild stinging or dryness.
Thulium BB Laser: sandpapery feel for a couple of days; SPF is non-negotiable.
Carbon Laser Peel & Q-switch: usually just mild pinkness that settles within hours.
HIFU/Sygmalift: mild tenderness over bony areas for several days.
Before any procedure, your doctor will go through what to expect, what is considered normal, and clear instructions on when to contact the clinic.
1. What is the best treatment to remove forehead wrinkles and frown lines?
For dynamic forehead wrinkles and frown lines, the gold standard is botulinum toxin to relax the overactive muscles.
When lines have already etched into the skin, we often combine toxin with Fractional CO₂ or Secret RF microneedling to remodel collagen and smooth the surface.
2. Are wrinkle treatments permanent?
No non-surgical wrinkle treatment is truly permanent.
Botulinum toxin is fully reversible and wears off over a few months.
Fillers are semi long-lasting and usually last around a year or more.
Collagen treatments like Fractional CO₂, Secret RF and HIFU create longer-lasting improvement, but natural ageing continues in the background.
3. How much does wrinkle treatment cost in Singapore?
Wrinkle treatment costs vary widely depending on the number of areas and whether you need injectables, lasers, RF or a full non-surgical facelift style plan.
Small “lunch-time” procedures like Carbon Laser Peel are at the lower end, while full programmes combining Secret RF, Fractional CO₂, HIFU and fillers sit higher.
Official “from” prices are listed on our treatment pages, and final pricing is always confirmed in clinic.
4. Which treatment is best for crow’s feet and eye wrinkles?
Crow’s feet are usually treated with botulinum toxin to reduce expression lines, then refined with PN/skinboosters, Secret RF or Thulium BB Laser for skin quality.
For under eye wrinkles and hollows, we may add under eye fillers where appropriate.
5. Can I treat eye wrinkles and dark circles at the same time?
Yes. A typical plan might combine PN/skinboosters or fillers for hollows with Thulium BB Laser or Q-switch for pigment and fine lines, plus gentle toxin around the outer eye for crow’s feet.
Your doctor will sequence these so downtime stays manageable.
6. What is the best non-surgical facelift for sagging jowls and neck wrinkles?
For patients who want a non-surgical facelift effect, we commonly combine HIFU or Sygmalift for lifting, structural fillers to restore support along the cheeks and jawline, and Secret RF or PN to improve skin elasticity and neck wrinkles.
7. I’m in my 30s with fine lines and enlarged pores. Should I start anti-ageing treatment now?
If your lines are primarily visible only when you move, you are in a strong position to use preventive wrinkle treatments.
Light botulinum toxin, Carbon Laser Peel, Thulium BB Laser and skinboosters can slow down progression into deeper static wrinkles.
8. How long before an event should I do wrinkle treatments?
As a guide, schedule botulinum toxin at least 2 weeks before, fillers 2–3 weeks before, and Fractional CO₂ or Secret RF at least 4 weeks before big events. Carbon Laser Peel, Q-switch and anti-ageing facials can often be done 5–7 days before for last-minute glow.
9. Will I look frozen or fake after wrinkle injections?
The goal at Bio Aesthetic Laser Clinic is a fresh, well-rested, natural look, not a frozen face.
We adjust dose and injection patterns to your job, personality and comfort level so that you keep natural expression where it matters most.
10. Can I just rely on facials instead of injectables or lasers?
Anti-ageing facials and medical facials are excellent support for hydration, glow and very early fine lines.
However, once deeper wrinkles, folds and sagging appear, injectables and collagen treatments are usually needed to achieve meaningful wrinkle removal and non-surgical facelift effects.
Facials are then used to maintain and extend those results.
11. What if I regret my wrinkle treatment – can results be reversed?
Botulinum toxin naturally wears off with time.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be partially or fully dissolved if needed.
Collagen-remodelling treatments like CO₂, Secret RF and HIFU are not reversible, which is why we always work conservatively and discuss realistic, step-wise plans rather than overly aggressive one-off procedures.
